Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all of Josipina/Pina Babič, www.pinababic.com  services:

UNDERSTANDING

  1. The terms and conditions below apply to all services, online and live trainings, sessions and other events provided by Josipina Babič to any individual or organization (“the client”)
  2. Mentorship, sessions, trainings, retreats or workshops are not psychological counseling or any type of therapy, and should not be construed as such.
  3. In return for the fees payable by the client (or by a third party on their behalf), Josipina agrees to provide the service as described and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below. The client agrees to pay fees for the service on the terms and conditions set out below (in situations where a third party pays the fees, the third party counts as an agent acting on behalf of the client).
  4. The date that the first session or intake takes place shall be deemed to be the start date for the service. Participation by any individual in the first session, intake or workshop constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.


REFUNDS

Pina Babič does not offer refund or exchange on products or online services and trainings.

Sessions can be cancelled up until 24 hours before free of charge.

Afterwards the full amount will be charged.
Live trainings and workshops can be cancelled up until 5 weeks before.

After that the full amount will be charged.

Tickets may be sold to another person for the current price of a ticket after consulting Pina about it. If there is a waiting list, Pina will connect you to the next one on the waiting list or suggest a way to transfer the ticket.

The deposit fee is not refundable and always kept by Pina.  

Pina also charges an administrative fee of €50,- for every cancellation.

In exceptional circumstances Pina may need to rearrange a session or a training; in these circumstances Pina will use reasonable endeavors to provide a mutually satisfactory alternative dates for the appointment/training to the client.

When a session, workshop, retreat or training cannot take place at the planned dates because of natural disasters, governmental legislation or any other situation outside of Pina Babič domain of decision making or influence, the session, workshops, retreats or trainings will be cancelled with the client receiving a refund or voucher for payments already made.
